HOW CAN I PURCHASE YOUR CERAMIC WORK?

You can purchase ceramic work either in person at conventions and events (subscribe to know when!) or online: spiritsandcompany.com.
*Putting a piece in your cart does not reserve it, you must purchase the piece in order to secure it.

JOIN THE COLLECTOR’S CLUB FOR EARLY ACCESS!

Members will receive the password an hour early to shop new releases before they open to the public. You can opt in here to increase your chances of getting the pieces you want.

HANDMADE CERAMIC WORK

All ceramic work is handmade so imperfections are inherent in every piece. Colors also tend to vary across devices so please allow for slight differences when you receive it. I will make note of any blemishes or cracks on pieces with photos or callouts on the product page.

CERAMIC CARE

All glazes are food-safe, non-toxic and can be used with food or liquids. Ceramic pieces with gold luster should avoid being used in the microwave and be gently hand-washed after use, this will help preserve the gold for decades.

CAN I MAKE A WHOLESALE, PRE- OR A CUSTOM CERAMIC ORDER?

Unfortunately I am not taking on wholesale, preorders or customs at this time. Releases are first come first served. If you subscribe to the Collector’s Club you’ll receive a first look before pieces go up for sale. If there are specific pieces you’d like me to make, please email me at amychenjr@gmail.com or comment on my posts on Instagram!

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

For apparel and home goods please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
For ceramics and enamel pins, please allow 7 - 14 days to allow for packaging and processing time for your order to ship out.

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days

Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

There is a sales tax (the amount depends on the order value) that you will be asked to pay for upon delivery of your parcel. I am not responsible for this charge, so please consider it when purchasing.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe. When you receive your tracking number, you can go to the shipper’s website to input it in and check its progress.
